Our award-winning Academy offers an industry-leading programme that supports and trains new advisers with the skills they need for a successful career in financial advice.

You don’t need to be great at maths or have knowledge of the financial sector to become a successful financial adviser – in fact, only 35% of our delegates come from a financial services background. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, the desire to learn and strong interpersonal skills, together we can make it happen. It’s what we’ve been doing since 2012. And over 1,300 people have already done just that.

How we support Learning and Career development:

You may already have the right qualification to give financial advice. You may also have existing relationships with clients. With a combination of virtual and on-the-job training, we can help you develop your skills, knowledge, and experience to service your clients with holistic financial advice. Once you have your Level 4 Financial Advice qualification, the next step is to develop your skills.

To do this, we’ll help you develop 3 essential C’s: Confidence, Competence and Commercial skills, and support you with everything you need to become a fully-fledged, competent financial adviser.

Our Academy:

Our training programme provides the qualifications, knowledge, and practical experience you need to become a financial adviser, through both face-to-face techniques and technology to support you. Developed with our advisers in mind, our full Academy programme is spread across 4 terms and, for those already qualified, with our support, you could be advising clients within 9 weeks. Our 12–24-month programme is here to transform your theoretical knowledge into practical application using cutting edge technology and expert support.
