This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office Advice Team, as a Trainee Financial Adviser.

Depending on knowledge and experience, your training period will be 4-6 weeks, with much of this time being spent in the Newcastle Head Office until such time that you are able to work independently. At such time, this will become a hybrid role, with requirement in the Newcastle office of once per week.

Probation period will be three months.

Starting salary will be £28,000, rising to £32,000 once Competent Adviser Status (CAS) has been achieved, of which we will support you to achieve.

There is also an opportunity to earn further as part of our bonus scheme. Customer retention and positive feedback is required and during probation period a £500 per month (gross) bonus is available and post probation this will increase to a maximum of £1,250 per month (gross) although this is not guaranteed.

As well as this being an employed role, there is no requirement for you to source your own client bank as you will work towards servicing our 80,000 clients that we look after at True Potential – a number that is expected to continue to grow, helping you and True Potential LLP as a business, help to manage the advice gap in the UK.
