Purpose
The role of Client Manager is to deliver desk-based financial advice, managing an established client bank and expanding a portfolio of clients with assets typically up to £250,000. The role focuses on building relationships and delivering targeted, expert advice, designed to facilitate efficient, high-quality service for clients with straightforward financial planning needs.
This is a hybrid role, based in the Nottingham office 3 days per week and WFH 2 days per week.
Key Accountabilities
Skills and Experience
• Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Proven track record of advising clients virtually or desk-based within a similar asset range.
• Demonstrable ability to build rapport and trust with clients, particularly through remote interactions.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Driven to help clients achieve financial goals with enthusiasm and commitment.
