In our 20+ years as a financial services training provider, we have been privileged to work with thousands of individuals and hundreds of firms. We’ve worked hard to gain and retain a reputation as financial CII regulated Exam Experts, and, as anyone qualifying having used the BTS materials will attest, BTS candidates are the best!
As candidates reach the end of their qualification journey we are often asked for advice on what their next move should be; where to look for opportunities, and which firms to approach. Over the years, we have been happy to help our contacts connect with each other, either through recommendations, association or by introduction. Now, with the development of the Featured Companies area on the Careers Zone, we can go one step further!
The Featured Companies area on the Careers Zone allows candidates to find out more about opportunities with some of the top firms in the sector.
Featured Companies can showcase opportunities through their profile on the site, and contribute to articles, podcasts, webinars and videos including ‘A Day in the Life of…’ profiles from members of their team talking about what it’s really like to work in the sector.
If you find a firm you are interested in working for, you can contact the recruitment team using the contact details in their profile, or find out more by browsing their articles and vacancy details listed.
Want to be put in touch directly? You can opt to have your profile details shared with any featured company by completing the Candidate Pool section in your Careers Zone profile.
After you have selected Yes to Connecting with Featured Companies on the Edit Profile page, you will now have access to an inclusive space for exploring career opportunities. It provides a space for candidates of all levels and backgrounds to connect with top employers and learn about exciting career paths, including career opportunities to be your own boss!
You need to login to your BTS account to access Connect with Featured Companies. Once logged in, click over to the Careers Zone and then click into Edit Profile on your Dashboard.
Fill out the form to tell us which firms you would like to have your details shared with and the sorts of opportunities you are looking for. Your profile will be shared securely via the Careers Zone. Only the companies you have selected will be able to view your profile and you can remove yourself from the Connecting with Featured Companies at any time.

Over the coming months you will see the Featured Companies area grow as we gradually onboard new firms to the Careers Zone.
We will announce each new addition to the Featured Companies area so candidates can stay informed and choose to update their profile and Connect with Featured Companies preferences.
